Oleg Zhdanov: the Russian army has completely lost its offensive potential in all sectors

Oleg Zhdanov answered the question of a subscriber of his YouTube channel: Is it possible to repeat the March events of 1918 in the spring of 2023, when the German troops under the command of Ludendorff carried out their last offensive operation, which led to disaster?

"I think that the General Staff of the Russian Federation has already begun this operation. And he started it (operation) in the Donbas. They got involved in this battle, ran into Bakhmut, Soledarb Avdeevka, Peski, and concentrated their main efforts there."

Zhdanov is sure that the Russian army has no strength in the rest of the sectors, and they sit and pray that the Ukrainian troops do not go on the offensive. The expert is also convinced that the Russian army has completely lost its offensive potential in all sectors.

"For us, this is very good. That grouping, which came out from the right bank of the Dnieper River, was thrown mainly in the Donetsk direction. That is, they deprived themselves of the possibility of maneuver. They cannot change the offensive vector today. That's why they press on. They went for broke. In fact, this battle, as in 1918 with Ludendorff, is already underway. They cannot stop and transfer troops in another direction. Because it will take time and effort. As soon as they stop, we will launch a counter-offensive. If they don't stop and keep advancing, they will run out of offensive potential after a short time."

Oleg Zhdanov also noted that the next conscription in Russia, if, as the Russian media testifies, begins in mid-December, then conscripts will appear at the front by January-February. And accordingly, until this time, nothing will save the situation.

"In all other directions, for example, in the Lugansk region, we are pressing them. The weather does not favor us there. However, the same weather contributes to our defense in the Donetsk direction. Zaporizhzhia's direction is more stable. And the Kherson direction is now divided by the Dnieper River, and there are no other complications besides shelling."
