The Second International Festival of Odessa Song "For All Odessa!" announced a new season and a contest of performers. The festival itself will take place on August 6 and 7, 2022, already traditionally at the Sea Port Summer Theatre.

The festival programme is at the stage of formation. Performances of a number of well-known performers working in the genre of the Odessa song, and not only from Ukraine, are already planned. The winners of the competition will also take part in the programme. This year, the famous showman, actor Yan Levinson will join the Festival team as a host.

Festival "For all Odessa!" invites you to take part in the Contest of Odessa Song Singers. Applications will be accepted from January 1 to May 31, 2022. And at the end of June, the winners will be announced, who will have the opportunity to record their song in a professional studio and perform on the stage of the Festival.

Odessa song is a special genre, where the main role is played by the content and manner of performance. The song must be in the Odessa language. This is a special talent, this is exactly what is inherent in the Odessa song. While working with the contestants of the last season, we received a number of author's songs about Odessa, but not all of them sounded in Odessa. Our goal is to present to the general public those talents that support the traditions of the Odessa song. Therefore, this season the Competition is aimed at finding exactly the authors.

A prerequisite for participation is the experience of concert performances. All details can be found on the festival website and in the telegram channel (details below).

The jury of the competition in composed by the leader of the Festival Alexander Shargorodsky and famous musicians: Felix Shinder, Sergey and Alena Menshagin, Igor Znatokov, Kristina Paraskiv-Znatokova. The group of referees is headed by Garik Krichevsky.

International festival of Odessa song "For all Odessa!" is a cultural platform whose mission is to support and develop the musical traditions of Odessa, led by the Odessa City Song.

The first season of the Festival took place in August 2020 and presented more than 30 participants from three countries. The headliners were Valentin Kuba, Felix Shinder and Garik Krichevsky. Over 3,500 guests attended the three festival days.
