The auction for the sale of the Odessa stadium "Chernomorets" took place on May 22. The property was sold on the 17th attempt for 193 million uah (hryvnias). The final price was almost one billion lower than the original price.

The auction was held according to the Dutch model of auction. It means that the starting price is announced not the minimum price (as in the "English model"), but the maximum, and then, if there are no applicants, the auctioneer lowers the bid until, finally, a buyer is found or the minimum sales threshold is reached (it is set in advance).

The starting price was 139 million 895 thousand uah. This is 89 million less than the previous trading, which failed on May 13. This information was confirmed by Dumskaya.net in the Deposit Guarantee Fund of individuals.

They tried to sell the stadium, for the first time, in May 2019 for 1 billion 139 million UAH, but for all this time there was nobody wishing to put an offer for the property complex. Only the 17th attempt was successful. It turns out that the object was sold by less than 946 million 895 thousand from the original price.

In addition to the football arena, hotel, fitness center, parking and other real estate, the buyer will receive the remaining claims from the bankrupt former owner of the stadium "Imexbank". The total area of ​​real estate that was sold as a single lot is 80289 m².

Since December 25, 2014, the Chernomorets Stadium has been the only collateral for loans issued to 41 companies by the bankrupt Imexbank. All these companies are connected with the former member of the Ukrainian Parliament Leonid Klimov. The businessman managed to withdraw 8.3 billion UAH from the financial institution.

The property complex of Chernomorets stadium was acquired by a US company. It is a small private enterprise ALLRISE CAPITAL Inc, founded in 2016. and based in Irvine, California. The company provides financial services and employs 10 people. The CEO of Allrise Capital Inc is Ruslan Zinurov and the Executive Director is Mikhail Trubchik. The registration documents also mention a certain Vladimir Evseev.

Allrise has a Ukrainian division which deals with loans for small and medium-sized businesses. But the purchase of the stadium was carried out through an American office.
