Unrefinied, first cold pressed. In the production process, from the seed to the spin filling in glass containers, there is a minimum time contact of oil with air environment. With its wholesome, nutty flavour, Flax Oil provides a whopping 7,640mg of plant-based ALA Omega-3 fatty acid per tablespoon. Organic high oleic sunflower oil

Organic rapeseed oil
Cold pressed rapeseed oil has the lowest saturated fat content of any commonly available cooking oil, it contains less that half the saturated fat that is found in olive oil. Recommended Maximum Heating Temperature 100°C. It has a balance of Omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids, is a good source of Vitamin E.
