The eminent French director, screenwriter and actor Michel Hazanavicius has arrived in Ukraine. The United24 platform reported this by posting a photo of Hazanavicius against the backdrop of the railway station in Kyiv.

"Michel Hazanavicius, director of the film "The Artist", winner of the "Oscar" award, has arrived in Kyiv," the statement said.

The purpose of the celebrity's visit has not yet been disclosed, but he may well become the new ambassador of the United24 platform, since he has repeatedly helped our country.

For example, after the de-occupation of Izyum, the director organized an auction, where, thanks to the sale of things of world celebrities, he raised 250 thousand euros (almost 10 million hryvnias). During the auction, Michel Hazanavicius sold a typewriter from the personal collection of Tom Hanks, Catherine Deneuve's cosmetic bag, rare posters autographed by Natalie Portman, and more.
