All Russian servicemen who drop their weapons are immediately handed over to special services for the exchange of prisoners.

Units of several divisions of the RF Armed Forces could not escape from Izyum in time and were surrounded by Ukrainian defenders.

This was reported on Facebook by journalist Yuri Butusov.

As evidence, Butusov showed photographs of the destroyed Russian T-72B3 tank on the city's streets.

“All Russian servicemen who drop their weapons are immediately handed over to our special services for the exchange of prisoners, and those who resist are systematically and accurately destroyed in such a way as to avoid their own victims. Putin and the Russian generals left without help in the encirclement and drained the remnants of Russian personnel troops," Butusov said.
