The Americans launched the RussiaTheftWatch project, where they collecting facts about Russian robbery of Ukrainian products.

The Russian Piracy Research Initiative (ISRP), which includes former US government officials, international trade experts, and national security experts, has launched a new project to reveal the extent of Russia's looting of Ukrainian assets. Documents confirming the theft and current news will be collected in the group's resource center, RussiaTheftWatch. This was announced at a press conference by the chief representative of ISRP, former US Deputy Secretary of State James K. Glassman.

He also presented the first report of the ISRP group: it contains all the documented facts of the robbery of Ukrainian grain and metal products by Russia, in particular, satellite photos, data from navigation companies and ISRP sources around the world. In total, the ISRP report lists about 50 separate incidents for which there is clear evidence that the ships were used to transport Ukrainian grain stolen by Russia.

According to the report, the looted steel is delivered directly to Russian industrial regions, which are used for local production. And the grain is sent directly to Turkey or Syria and sometimes passes through Russian ports to hide its origin.

In subsequent reports, ISRP will also present its findings on mitigating the effects of this looting - particularly, mechanisms to transfer Russian assets to Ukraine, which are frozen around the world.

As you know, Russia steals Ukrainian products at the state level: the invaders restored the functionality of the Mariupol port and returned electricity and water supply to be able to export even more loot. At the moment, it is known about 3 ships that transported Ukrainian steel to Rostov, in total, in the port of Mariupol, metal products produced at Azovstal and MMKI plants, worth more than $100 million. As for grain, according to the Ukrainian government, Russia has already stolen up to half a million thousand tons of grain worth more than $100 million, and almost all ships leaving Sevastopol with grain are carrying stolen Ukrainian products.
