Ukrainian defenders killed Russian officer Georgiy Dudorov. He turned out to be the son of the vice-governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (region).

This was announced by the Adviser of Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko.

Dudorov's death was confirmed by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. On March 13, Russia's Investigative Committee announced the death of Russian soldier Georgy Dudorov during hostilities in Ukraine.

He turned out to be the son of the deputy governor of the Nenets Autonomous Region, Alexander Dudorov. This information was confirmed to @varlamov_news by sources in the regional government. Georgy Dudorov was 23 years old. He had a wife and a five-month-old son.

"On March 6, 2022, his column came under artillery attack from Ukrainian nationalist detachments, and, being face to face with danger, he honorably performed his military duty to the Fatherland, receiving fatal wounds," the Investigative Committee said.

It is noted that the Armed Forces liquidated the occupier on March 6. Dudorov was the deputy commander of the reconnaissance company for military and political work of the 137th Regiment of the 106th Tula Guards Parachute Division.

In particular, Gerashchenko advised the Russians not to let their sons go to war in Ukraine.
