Russian dictator Vladimir Putin does not acknowledge worldwide that he started the war in Ukraine, and that is why he will not announce open mobilization in Russia.

According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the occupiers do not plan to implement all the other threats that were heard from the Russian "fuhrer" Putin.

He explained that without a declaration of war, there would be no general mobilization in the Russian Federation.

Recall that earlier Kremlin propagandists said that the general mobilization in the Russian Federation could be announced on July 15.

As suggested by the ex-adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the head of the President's Office, if the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not recapture Kherson and defend Donbas, then in the spring of 2023 Putin may again invade Ukraine.
