Ukraine is ready to transport the bodies of the dead occupiers to Russia.

Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk said that the Red Cross ignores Kyiv's requests to organise humanitarian corridors for Ukrainian civilians as soon as possible.

She reminded that she had repeatedly appealed to the Red Cross to return to its immediate tasks and help organise and ensure the existence of "green" corridors for the evacuation of civilians from areas of hostilities in Ukraine, where a humanitarian catastrophe threatens people.

If the Red Cross cannot secure the corridor due to danger, declare it officially!

Iryna Vereshchuk

In addition, Vereshchuk noted that today's evacuation in the Donetsk region is not due to the Red Cross or other humanitarian organizations. It happened thanks to the work of the local authorities.

Things will move positively. We already know where to move. And the central government will join the process of creating a corridor for evacuation, delivery of food, medicine and water.

Vereshchuk also claims that Ukraine is ready to transport the bodies of dead Russians whom Putin sent to fight in Ukraine, but the Red Cross has not yet confirmed this issue.

"I can't say that the Red Cross has joined in any way now. I'm just stating that we sent a letter, they received it, I had a conversation with a counselor today, we discussed the issue. And our dialogue ended with us "We are ready, we have invited the appropriate equipment, packaging, in which the bodies of Russian soldiers will have to be placed. The whole algorithm has been worked out. The question of the Red Cross is when they can help us in this," she said. - Vereshchuk answered the question why the Russian authorities do not take away the bodies of their dead soldiers and whether the Red Cross can join this issue.
