The Global Association of IAOP, which annually conducts comprehensive research in the outsourcing industry, has released the ranking of the top 100 outsourcing companies worldwide for the year 2024.
"This list serves as a valuable resource for companies seeking outsourcing partners, as it helps them identify authoritative and reliable service providers," noted the association.
The first Global Outsourcing 100 ranking was compiled in 2006. Companies are evaluated based on criteria such as productivity, size, growth, and client feedback.
In the 2024 Global Outsourcing 100, which is the 18th edition of the ranking, 15 Ukrainian companies and outsourcers with offices in Ukraine made it to the list:
