Two large elevator complexes located in the Berezivka district of Odessa region have been put up for sale through the OpenMarket electronic trading system (State Enterprise SETAM of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine).
According to the platform’s press service:
- First lot (№586642): A mortgaged complex of buildings with a total area of 18,270.7 m² at 1 Prystationska Street, Berezivka. The property includes administrative buildings, six grain storage facilities, a weighing station, grain dryer, silo elevator, production premises, and supporting infrastructure.
Auction date: October 31
Starting price: UAH 85,086,000
- Second lot (№586647): An elevator building of 20,565.5 m² with 106 movable property items, located in Novoselivka village, Berezivka district.
Auction date: November 3
Starting price: UAH 19,580,000
“The sale is being carried out by a private executor within the framework of a single enforcement proceeding. The realization of such assets creates opportunities to attract new investors to the development of the region’s agricultural infrastructure,” the statement noted.
