The corporation Ukrvynprom, as the official partner of the Fondation pour la Culture et les Civilisations du Vin, which operates La Cité du Vin in Bordeaux, has completed the third nationwide selection of official wine ambassadors of Ukraine for 2024. This event, held at the sensory analysis laboratory of the Ukrainian Wine Institute, gathered over 70 of the best wines from Ukraine, from which 21 ambassador wines were selected.
The nationwide selection of official wine ambassadors of Ukraine is not just a competition of quality but also a recognition of the achievements of Ukrainian winemakers who preserve traditions and develop winemaking even during the challenging times of war. The expert commission, which included leading industry specialists and sommeliers, evaluated the wines according to international standards. The competition was intense, and each of the wines presented demonstrated exceptional quality, meeting the highest standards.
During the award ceremony, held on August 30, 2024, at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the winners of the third nationwide selection of official wine ambassadors of Ukraine were announced:

During the ceremony, a significant event in the history of Ukrainian winemaking took place. After five years of persistent work, Ukrainian winemakers received the official registration of the "Wine of Ukraine" brand. The General Director of Ukrvynprom, as an ambassador of Ukrainian winemaking, received this certificate, symbolizing a new era for Ukrainian wine on the international stage.
