An industrial park, Bolhrad Industry, will be created near the village of Tabaky. The concept was developed and presented by the CEO of Concept Real Estate LLC, Valeriy Kyrylenko.
The decision was made at a session of the Bolhrad City Council.
The project aims to create not just a business area, but a true center of economic activity for the community. The construction of Bolhrad Industry park will create new jobs, attract investments, and improve the quality of life for the local residents. The Bolhrad City Council initiated the creation of the park.
The park will cover an area of 46.5 hectares and will specialize in the food industry and alternative energy.
The project is expected to begin in 2026, once investors are found, as the area is located on the border with Moldova and Romania, one of which is an EU member. Additionally, due to the floodplain waters of the Ukrainian Danube region, the site has access to the sea.
The creation of the Bolhrad Industry industrial park is our strategic investment in the future of the community. We aim to make Bolhrad the economic center of the region, providing new employment and development opportunities for our residents. This project is an example of how the combined efforts of the government, business, and community can improve lives for the better, stated the head of the Bolhrad community.
After the presentation of the concept, the development of a detailed implementation plan, attracting investors, and the start of preparatory work are planned.
