On the night of October 27 (from 6:30 PM on October 26), the Russian forces launched an attack with 100 strike drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of UAVs, from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia, with about 70 of them being Shaheds.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, surface-to-air missile units, electronic warfare and UAV units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 AM, air defense systems had shot down or suppressed 66 drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types, across the north, south, and east of the country.
Strikes from 26 attack drones were recorded at nine locations.
