On the night of February 11, Russian forces launched a combined strike with 19 missiles of various types on gas production facilities in the Poltava region.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
During the night, the invaders carried out a combined missile strike with air-launched, ground-launched, and sea-launched missiles on gas production facilities in the Poltava region – a total of up to 19 cruise, ballistic, and guided aviation missiles.
The Air Force noted that information about the types and results of the combat work is being clarified.
Additionally, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 124 Shahed-type strike UAVs and drones mimicking other types from the directions of Millerovo, Orel, Bryansk, Kursk, and Primorsk-Akhtarsk. Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare means, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the airstrike.
As of 10:00, the destruction of 57 UAVs has been confirmed in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Odesіa regions.
64 enemy UAVs mimicking other locations were lost without negative consequences.
As a result of the Russian forces' attack, Poltava, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy regions were affected.
