The government has approved a resolution that will change the approach to managing multi-apartment buildings.
Within two years, the Nash Dim (Our Home) digital platform will be launched in the country, consolidating all relevant information about multi-apartment buildings, their co-owners, homeowners associations (HOAs), and property managers.
Previously, Ukraine lacked a tool that stored complete information about multi-apartment buildings and their documentation in a secure manner. The "Nash Dim" system will digitize the building management process, making it more convenient and transparent. At the same time, the government will gain an effective tool for collecting analytics on multi-apartment buildings to make informed decisions in shaping housing policy.
Nash Dim will reduce corruption risks and minimize human error. This is another step toward the digitalization of the housing sector that will improve the quality of life for residents!
The pilot project for creating, implementing, and ensuring the functionality of the Multi-Apartment Building Management System is being carried out in cooperation with the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, with the support of the "Support for Digital Transformation" project funded by USAID and UK Dev. Partner — the Eastern Europe Foundation.
