Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin gave an interview with the American channel MSNBC.
"We document every war crime, as it is our duty to bring the Russian Federation to justice. Not only for the sake of Ukraine, but for the whole world's sake. This is not just a war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, and it is a war of tyranny against democracy," the Prosecutor General said.
