The Russian invaders are completing the formation of a group in the Kherson direction; its tasks may be to march towards Mykolaiv, Kryvyi Rih, or stop the offensive operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of ​​​​the Mykolaiv-Kherson highway (near the village of Posad-Pokrovskoye).
Aleksey Arestovich, an adviser to the head of the President's Office, spoke about this during a live broadcast with Mark Feygin.
According to him, the Russians are also concerned about the bridgeheads of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the banks of the Ingulets River near Davidov Brod.
"There are about 15 BTGs on the other side - on the right, on the left as near rears 4-6. There is also a grouping a little bit to the south, which gets there. In general, there are about 30 in the theater [of military operations]," - said he.
Answering whether these forces are enough to launch an offensive against Mykolaiv, Arestovich said that these BTGs are "beaten and puffed up."
"These are heavily battered troops that cannot boast of a full staff, mood," he added, confirming three successful strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on ammunition depots in the Kherson region. The day before, Arestovich noted, the Antonovsky railway bridge was attacked.
According to Arestovich, the invaders in the Kherson direction are "the dead and suicide bombers." "I feel sorry for them as a human being, but not as a military man," he said.
Arestovich is also convinced that the enemy has no resources for an offensive in the south. Including the successful strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on bridges across the Dnieper.
