As a result of a strike on the port infrastructure of Odessa region, 5 people were killed and 9 injured, according to Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba.
All the victims are Ukrainian.
According to Kuleba, during the attack, the Panamanian-flagged civilian vessel, the container ship "Shui Spirit," was damaged.
This marks the third foreign vessel attacked by Russia in the last four days.
