By the end of Monday, Bulgaria will stop the entry of Russian cars into the country. It is already in effect in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, and Finland, and as of today, it is also in effect in Norway. The Director of the Border Police of Bulgaria, Anton Zlatanov, made this announcement in an interview on the program "The Day Begins" on BNT, as reported by Tribune.
"We have been working very actively from Thursday until yesterday. I am confident that by the end of the day, a ban on the entry of Russian passenger cars into our country will come into effect in Bulgaria," said Zlatanov.
He did not specify how many Russian cars enter the country each month, but emphasized that there are not many.
The ban for trucks has already been in place for several months.
