The occupiers continue to intimidate and filter the population of the occupied territories. In the village of Bezymenne, Donetsk region, during filtering activities, racists offer people monetary compensation for destroyed housing in exchange for agreeing to "testify" against Ukrainian defenders in Mariupol.
In Berdyansk, the occupiers sound the alarm. At the same time, everyone is ordered to close windows and doors and not to leave their homes. In this way, the Russians are convincing the local population that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will use chemical weapons in the city.
A group of recruiters arrived in occupied Kherson, including FSB officers, officers of the DPR Ministry of State Security, and representatives of the Liga (formerly Wagner). Their task is to find people who agree to work in the "DPR special services". At the same time, demonstration filtering events are being held against patriotic locals.
Up to 50 civilians were tortured and killed during the group's stay. About 120 residents of Kherson were abducted, and their whereabouts are currently unknown.
On May 12, the group arrived at a local jail to conduct a so-called "mobilization" among detainees. An automatic fire was heard from the room.
Despite the mortal danger posed by the racists, Ukrainians continue to resist in the temporarily occupied territories.
