At Yablunytsky Pass, located at an altitude of 1050 meters, a SPA resort called YUGEN will be built. It will feature 38 residences in Japandi style, a combination of Japanese and Scandinavian design. The price of a cottage starts from 15 million UAH. The complex is located within the Carpathian National Nature Park.

LUN reports this.

1.7 hectares of land have been allocated for construction, and the area of the houses will range from 73 to 144 m². The cottages will include energy-efficient solutions, panoramic windows, green roofs, private terraces with Jacuzzis, and smart home systems. The project investor is Five Forces.

The resort will also have a Wellness-spa area with a 24-meter heated infinity pool, saunas, cryotherapy, a mineral bath, and relaxation salons. There will also be a restaurant with a panoramic terrace, a gym, and zones for yoga and stretching.
