Relatives of the killed soldiers from Dagestan (fighting цер the Russian forces) do not receive payments from Moscow. Not even burial expenses are paid.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense on Telegram.

According to the intelligence, the relatives of dozens of Russian occupiers from Dagestan, who were killed in the war against Ukraine, do not receive "funeral" or other promised payments, and they are not even given money for burial.

Russia is also not providing the owed monetary allowances to the families of the Dagestani casualties.

"This situation once again illustrates Moscow's real attitude towards the peoples it subjugates — so-called federal subjects, particularly in the North Caucasus, have no rights and are needed by the Kremlin solely as a source of cheap or free manpower for brutal assaults in the genocidal war against Ukraine," said Andriy Cherniak, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate.

He also mentioned that such cases could also reflect crisis phenomena in Russia's budgetary and financial sphere caused by the war.
