Russian troops have reduced their activity in Pokrovsk and limited movements within the city to minimize losses and await reinforcements.
They also attempted to infiltrate Hryshyne disguised as civilians, the 7th Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Telegram.
According to the statement, search-and-strike operations are ongoing in the area of responsibility of the 7th Air Assault Corps to locate and destroy Russian forces in Pokrovsk.
The Defense Forces continue combat operations both inside the city and on its outskirts.
Through the southern outskirts of Pokrovsk, Russian forces are attempting to restore logistics. Several times they tried to move personnel using vehicles and motorcycles, but the Defense Forces prevented this.
Since the beginning of November, Ukrainian defenders have eliminated 71 Russian servicemen in Pokrovsk and wounded another 36.
In recent days, Russian troops have made several attempts to infiltrate Hryshyne, posing as civilians to deceive Ukrainian defenders.
“Our forces stopped the enemy,” the Air Defence Forces reported.
The situation around Myrnohrad remains tense. According to the Defense Forces, after multiple failed attempts to storm the city from the east, the Russian army may try to change the direction of its attacks.
