The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as part of international technical assistance, have received autonomous hydrographic complexes from the government of the Kingdom of Denmark. This was reported by the press service of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

According to Roman Honcharenko, the head of the hydrographic service of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, these complexes are equipped with a multi-beam echosounder and are designed for mapping the relief of the seabed for situational awareness of the underwater space. Their capabilities allow for the detection of underwater objects, which is extremely important for military sailors today.
