The Danish government has prepared the 21st military aid package for Ukraine, valued at over 320 million euros. This package will include the supply of weapons from stockpiles and orders from international manufacturers, according to the country's Ministry of Defense.
"The government is set to provide 2.4 billion Danish kroner in aid, covering new equipment purchases for Ukraine, additional funding for the industrial pool, and equipment from the Ministry of Defense's reserves. The package involves increasing the industrial pool by 500 million Danish kroner in 2025, financing air defense systems in cooperation with Germany, additional contributions to the British International Fund for Ukraine, individual donations from Denmark's defense holdings, and expanding security training programs."
The Ministry of Defense also cited Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen's statement on plans for defense cooperation with Ukraine, highlighting efforts to soon approve further purchases directly from Ukraine's defense industry, particularly in the drone sector.
The package will include agreements with international partners for the free transfer of priority equipment to support the establishment of new brigades in Ukraine.
