Ukrainian experts have developed the remotely controlled platform FoxTac for evacuating wounded soldiers.

Mykhailo Fedorov, the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, stated that the platform was developed by participants of the Brave1 cluster.

Brave1 engages and supports developers and innovators at any stage of product readiness - from concept to MVP, early-stage, and mature manufacturers.

The full-drive system allows it to operate both on wheeled and tracked chassis.

The platform is dirt-resistant and navigates heavy off-road terrain easily. It has a control distance of up to 700 meters and a range of up to 10 kilometers.

"Specifically, this robot can be operated by an operator from a distance of 700 meters from the location where the injured person is lying," Mykhailo Fedorov explained.

This means the operator is safe, providing an opportunity to save both the operator's life and rescue the injured.

Experimental models of FoxTac have successfully passed preliminary trials. Currently, the codification process is underway, enabling the supply of FoxTac to the military.
