Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have continued their attacks across multiple regions of Ukraine, causing injuries, fatalities, and significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
Kharkiv region
In Kharkiv region, six settlements were struck by Russian forces, though no casualties were reported. The attacks involved one guided aerial bomb (preliminary), 11 Geran-2 drones, three FPV drones, and 10 additional UAVs of unidentified types. Barvinkove in Izium District suffered damage to railway infrastructure, while Yelyzavetivka in Lozova District experienced power grid disruptions. Railway infrastructure in Lozova was also affected.
Sumy region
Russian forces carried out over 80 strikes on 37 settlements across 19 territorial communities in Sumy region, injuring one man. The attacks primarily affected Sumy and Shostka districts. In Sumy community, a 58-year-old man was injured, while a 53-year-old resident of Velykopysarivka community died on November 17. Civilian infrastructure, homes, and vehicles were damaged across multiple communities, including Mykolaivka, Bilopillia, Verkhniosyrovatka, Okhtyrka, Znob-Novhorod, Esman, Shalyhyn, and Seredyno-Buda.
Zaporizhzhia region
Power outages continue in Zaporizhzhia region, with 7,078 electricity consumers remaining without power due to Russian shelling. Over the past day, Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo restored electricity to 2,295 households and 1,204 homes in the regional center and nearby settlements affected by technical faults. Emergency restoration work is ongoing, with 2,800 subscribers in Zaporizhzhia city still without electricity.
Donetsk region
Two people were wounded in Donetsk region, with attacks recorded in Sloviansk and Dmytro-Daryivka. Police reported 1,670 enemy strikes along the front line and against civilian infrastructure, damaging 39 facilities, including 29 residential buildings. At least 15 private homes and two cars were damaged in Sloviansk during a Geran-2 drone attack, with one man hospitalized.
Kherson region
Russian forces attacked numerous settlements, including Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Veletenske, and Kherson city, resulting in injuries to two people. Civilian infrastructure, including a multi-storey building, three houses, vehicles, and a gas pipeline, was damaged.
Dnipropetrovsk region
Attacks targeted Pavlohrad, Synelnykove, and Nikopol districts. Three men were injured in Pavlohrad district, with one in serious condition. Livestock was killed, and a farm caught fire in Synelnykove. The Russian army also attacked Nikopol district with artillery, Grad MLRS, and FPV drones, damaging homes and infrastructure across several communities.
