During the night of July 23, Ukraine’s Armed Forces again targeted Wildberries warehouses and fuel and energy infrastructure facilities in Russia.

In the settlement of Novospasskoye in Russia’s Ulyanovsk region, a strike hit the NS-Oil refinery, according to Astra. The small facility has a production capacity of 600,000 tonnes per year and produces fuel oil, as well as gasoline and diesel fractions.

Ulyanovsk Region Governor Alexey Russkikh confirmed an attack on a fuel and energy facility in the Novospassky district and reported a fire. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian monitoring channel Exilenova+ published footage showing two columns of black smoke in different parts of the region. According to the channel, an oil depot was also hit.

In Bashkortostan, drones targeted the Subkhankulovo Linear Production and Dispatch Station (LPDS), part of Transneft-Ural’s main oil pipeline system in the Tuymazy district near the village of Subkhankulovo.

Astra analyzed footage from eyewitnesses and concluded that the facility attacked was the Subkhankulovo LPDS.

The station is responsible for receiving and pumping oil through the main pipeline network, managing oil transportation operations, storing crude oil in reservoir facilities, and supporting technological processes related to oil transportation.

According to EnergyBase, the station is part of a regional network of several major oil pipelines. Oil from Bashkortostan and Western Siberia passes through Subkhankulovo before being transported to Ufa refineries and connected to major pipeline routes.

In the Voronezh region, a Wildberries warehouse was also targeted, according to the monitoring channel Supernova+. Governor Alexander Gusev confirmed damage to the roof of one marketplace warehouse and the facade of another similar facility near Voronezh, without naming the company involved.

A further attempt to attack a Wildberries warehouse was reported in Kazan. Local residents said air defenses managed to shoot down drones approaching the facility.
