Dynamo Kyiv signs 18-year-old french forward Pierre Mungenge

Kyiv football club Dynamo has signed a contract with 18-year-old French forward Pierre Mungenge.

According to the club's press service, the three-year agreement will come into effect on 1 July.

Pierre Mungenge was born in the French city of Évry-Courcouronnes on 3 January 2008. He began his football career at the Évry FC academy, later moving to Villejuif. In 2021, he joined the Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) academy structure.

During his time in the PSG academy, he played for youth teams across different age categories. In the 2025/2026 season, he established himself as the undisputed best player of PSG U19, becoming the team’s top scorer in the UEFA Youth League and the French Youth Cup. With the Paris side, he won the gold medals of the French youth championship. Overall in the previous season, he played 33 matches for PSG U19, scoring 21 goals and providing 12 assists.

He also managed to make his debut for the PSG first team in a Ligue 1 matchday 32 game against Lorient.

It is noted that Mungenge’s outstanding scoring record and determination on the pitch attracted the attention of the France U19 national team coaching staff, who began calling him up to the squad.
