Moldova’s Ministry of Defense reminded that on the same night, Russia carried out a massive drone attack on Ukraine. The Moldovan Foreign Ministry has already condemned the incident, calling it a threat to national security and a violation of the country’s sovereignty.

The statement says the incident “once again demonstrates the risks posed by Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine to regional security.” The investigation and identification of the UAV are ongoing.
