The Finnish debt collection agency has frozen the Russians' assets in 187 million euros.
This is reported by Yle.
"In Finland, the most famous Russian oligarch from the EU sanctions list is Gennadiy Timchenko. He is one of the owners of the capital arena Helsinki Halli (former Hartwall Arena)," the message reads.
According to Pia Sarivaara, the head of the sanctions department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, frozen assets include all property that has value: real estate, shares, cars, yachts, airplanes.
