Artem Borodatyuk, founder of the FRACTAL group of companies (formerly Netpeak Group), announced a $1 million venture investment in the fintech startup Finerd and shared information about open positions on its team.

“We already have several successful joint businesses where my partner Radomir Novkovich was a co-founder. Here, there’s also a niche where he has a unique background: for 15 years he has automated finances for hundreds of companies — from small businesses to corporations. He made his first exit almost 10 years ago with a financial accounting product,” Borodatyuk explained, describing the motivation behind his investment.

Finerd is a product-focused fintech company developing an app for managing personal and business finances. The company says its product is designed for “financial nerds” who want to control their money with ease and maximum precision.

Key features of the Finerd app include advanced debt management, investment and asset tracking, comprehensive transaction processing, and availability across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

“Access to Finerd will be invite-only. And even with an invite, not everyone will get in — only those who pass the ‘financial nerd test,’” Borodatyuk said. The public launch is scheduled for the end of 2025.
