The winners of the 6th Carpathian International Mountain Film Festival (CMIFF) were films from three countries—France, Germany, and Italy.

The Best Feature-Length Documentary award went to the film Run Again by French director Alexis Berg.
The Best Short Documentary in the “Society” category was Life Above All by director Alice de Rochegonde (France, 2025), and in the “Sport” category—the film Minus 103 Degrees by German director Feline Gerhard.
The Best Short Fiction Film was Nura by Italian director Lorenzo Klapfer, and the Best Short Animated Film went to The She-Bear and the Bird by French director Marie Codry.
The festival is dedicated to the themes of mountains, ecology, and tourism, promotes the cultural development of filmmaking, expands the network of sustainable tourism and its development, raises awareness of the state of Ukraine’s ecology, and supports the development of the regional film industry.
