Russian forces continue committing war crimes, deliberately attacking civilian infrastructure and residential areas in Ukrainian cities.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
"Russian troops continue to terrorize Ukraine's civilian population. The occupiers committed yet another war crime—using Shahed-type UAVs, they launched a massive attack on Poltava," the statement reads.
According to the General Staff, the Rusian forces deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, and administrative facilities of oil and gas enterprises.
"The Russian aggressor cynically continues to lie about its so-called pursuit of peace while deliberately attacking civilian targets and endangering innocent people," the military stated.
The report emphasizes that the Russian forces commit war crimes in Ukraine daily—crimes that have no statute of limitations.
"They are being recorded, documented, and submitted to relevant international institutions. Justice is inevitable," the General Staff noted.
