On October 15, as part of the “Greenhouse of Ideas” programme, applications will open for entrepreneurs working in the creative industries and operating in the six pilot regions of the UCORD project (Vinnytsia, Volyn, Odessa, Sumy, Ternopil, and Khmelnytskyi).
Through the programme, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to receive funding, access modern business services, and enter new markets with their products or services.
“We want Ukrainian creative entrepreneurs to have clear and accessible support tools – from financing to entering export markets. Our partnership with the UCORD project and the ‘Greenhouse of Ideas’ programme in particular shortens and clarifies this path for businesses. Through comprehensive support – training, grants, and mentorship – creative companies can scale their projects faster and turn ideas into sustainable business models,” said Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
“The grant programme ‘Greenhouse of Ideas’ will provide additional opportunities not only for entrepreneurs but also for local hubs in the culture and creative industries sector. We hope that this programme will help us support and develop the entrepreneurial potential of creative startups, provide the necessary knowledge for building businesses, and create spaces for dialogue between creative industry representatives, local authorities, and regional development agencies. Thus, the initiative aims to support and develop the creative economy ecosystem in the six pilot regions of the UCORD project,” said Marina Bryl, head of the UCORD project.
Applications for the “Greenhouse of Ideas” grant programme can be submitted on the “Made in Ukraine” portal from October 15 to November 16 inclusive.
