As of now, more than 1,100 people remain in Avdiivka, Donetsk region. The National Police of Ukraine reported this on their Facebook page.

"The year has just begun, and Russia has already killed four people in Avdiivka, with another eight injured. Over 1,100 residents remain in the city, and they are all in danger. Since the beginning of the new year, the 'white angels' of Avdiivka have managed to evacuate more than 20 people from the front-line settlements," the statement reads.

As reported, as of the morning of December 22, 2023, there were 1,214 residents remaining in Avdiivka, Donetsk reigon.

Since the beginning of the new year, the "white angels" of Avdiivka have successfully evacuated more than 20 people from the front-line settlements.
