In Odessa, the first swimming and recreation zone, the Caletón beach, has been opened, according to the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper. The order allowing people access to the sea was signed with the commander of the operational strategic grouping of troops Odesa.
Kiper mentioned that the list of open beaches will be supplemented. Overall, they plan to open about 20 beaches in Odessa and the region, as well as a lagoon in the Izmail district.
Access to the beach is prohibited during air alerts, storms, as well as when suspicious objects are detected.
