In the Kherson region, two people, including a child, were killed due to Russian aggression on September 16.
The head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, announced this on Facebook.
According to him, during the past day, Antonivka, Beryslav, Zmiivka, Oleksandrivka, Novooleksandrivka, Ukrayinka, Shevchenkivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, and Kherson were under Russian fire and airstrikes.
Russian forces targeted a cultural institution and residential areas, including six private houses.
The Russians also damaged a warehouse and private vehicles.
Due to Russian aggression, two people were killed, including a child. Three more people were injured, Prokudin emphasized.
At night, air defense forces shot down four Russian Shahed-131/136 drones over the Kherson region, the regional governor added.
