Russian Forces once again attacked the Odessa region with kamikaze drones. During the night of March 8, there was a strike on an infrastructure object.

This information was reported by the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

According to the Southern Defense Forces, in their area of responsibility, they shot down 30 "Shahed" drones. In the Odessa region, 18 drones were destroyed, eight in the Kirovograd region, and two each in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

Air defense units repelled attacks for three hours, as the "Shahed" drones approached from different directions and maneuvered skillfully.

During the attack in the Odessa region, an infrastructure object was damaged, the buildings of which had been preserved for a long time. A fire occurred in the open area, which was promptly extinguished.

It is known that no one was injured as a result of the attack.
