Over the past day, as a result of Russian aggression in the frontline regions of Kherson and Donetsk, three people were killed and another 14 were injured, local authorities report.
According to Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, three people were killed in Stara Mykolaivka and Mykolaivka, with infrastructure damaged in the latter due to Russian shelling. Additionally, seven people were injured in Kostyantynivka, Mykolaivka, and Stara Mykolaivka.
Over the past day, Russian forces shelled 31 settlements in Kherson Oblast, including the regional capital, damaging three apartment buildings and eight private homes. Regional authorities reported one fatality and seven injured individuals.
In Kharkiv Oblast, according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the OVA, Russian attacks targeted the Bohodukhiv and Kupiansk districts. In the village of Kutyivka, a house was damaged by shelling, while in the settlement of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, a house was destroyed. No casualties were reported.
Over the past day, Russian forces carried out 313 strikes on 13 settlements in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, reported Ivan Fedorov, head of the OVA. Of these, 157 attacks were conducted using UAVs of various modifications. These drones targeted Zaporizhzhia, Bilenke, Lobkove, Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohirya, Novodarivka, Malynivka, and Olhivske. Russian military forces regularly use a variety of weapons, including strike UAVs, missiles, guided bombs, and multiple rocket launch systems (MRLs), to attack Ukrainian regions.
The leadership of Russia denies that its military deliberately targets civilian infrastructure in Ukrainian cities and villages during the full-scale war, which kills civilians and destroys hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy infrastructure, and water supply facilities.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations classify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation, emphasizing their targeted nature.
