From Melitopol, Russian invaders take out more than a thousand tons of grain daily. There was almost no grain left in the elevators.

This was announced at a briefing on Friday, June 24, by the mayor Ivan Fedorov.

"From all the elevators that are located in the temporarily occupied territory, the grain has almost been taken out. It is taken out daily: a convoy of cars under the protection of the Rashists leaves the city of Melitopol - from 30 to 50 cars. That is, it leaves more than a thousand tons a day," - Fedorov said.

Regarding the new crop, according to Fedorov, the Russian occupiers "arrange with someone that they take 50%, with someone - that 70%, and announce the price for which they can buy the crop, which is less than $ 80 / ton', which certainly does not exceed the cost. At the same time, the harvest can only be sold to a specially authorized representative by the Russians. Otherwise, the harvest will simply be taken away," the mayor of Melitopol said.

He added that local farmers will definitely harvest everything, but in the future it will most likely be sold for nothing.
