Iran has offered Russia a new model of the "Shahed-107" kamikaze drone for Russia's war against Ukraine, and Tehran is close to transferring ground-to-ground missiles to Moscow.

According to a security source, several units of the specially designed drone may have already been offered to Russia as part of a deal estimated at over $2 million.
The new drone, "Shahed-107," belongs to the family of Shahed-101 unmanned aerial vehicles with a V-shaped tail. The drone, with a length of about 2.5 meters and a wingspan of three meters, can be launched from a vehicle and cover distances up to 1,500 km.
It is expected that the kamikaze drone will be equipped with a transmitter for video transmission. These reconnaissance capabilities imply that the drone can be used to identify targets on the Ukrainian front line for engagement by other UAVs or weapon systems.
The source also claims that the Iranian Security Forces conducted tests with the Russians at an airbase in central Iran, involving the "Shahed-107" and "Shahed-136" drones.
Additionally, the source added that Russia is expecting to soon receive high-precision ground-to-ground missile systems from Iran, including missiles with a range of over 300 km.
