The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) has announced a privatization auction for the Kotovsk Winery, with a starting price of UAH 24.8 million.
According to the SPFU, an online auction for the privatization of the unified property complex of the state enterprise Kotovsk Winery will be held on July 28.
The complex is located in the city of Podilsk, Odessa region. It includes 19 real estate properties, 177 units of movable property, two vehicles, and an unfinished construction project. The total area of the buildings is 6,300 square meters.
The starting price is UAH 24,821,510.
Currently, the unified property complex of the state enterprise Kotovsk Winery is leased by LLC KVZ Winery. The production facilities of the privatization asset are used by the tenant for the production and bottling of wine products, including still grape wines, dessert wines, fortified wines, and processed grape wine materials for further bottling.
The company’s revenue for the first three months of 2026 amounted to UAH 20.5 million.
