Kyiv City Investment Forum 2025 in Berlin: opportunities for post-war reconstruction

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko will participate in the Kyiv City Investment Forum – 2025, which will take place on November 12 in Berlin. The forum will bring together investors, representatives of European city authorities, businesses, and international partners to discuss joint solutions and identify projects for Kyiv’s post-war reconstruction and the strengthening of European resilience.

Organized by the Kyiv and Berlin city administrations, the event will be held under the slogan “Investing in Resilience. Shaping the Future.” The forum will be opened by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and Berlin Mayor Kai Wegner.

Following forums held in Brussels in 2022 and 2023, this year the event will take place in Berlin for the first time—a city symbolizing recovery, innovation, and partnership. The program will cover investments in infrastructure, the economy, and innovative projects in Kyiv. Social entrepreneurship, as a key pillar of reconstruction, will also be an important topic of discussion.

“Now for the ninth time, the Kyiv Investment Forum brings together leaders to shape a shared vision of recovery and resilience. From Kyiv to Brussels, and now to Berlin. Our cooperation reflects resilience and the strength of partnership. Together we are stronger and more effective. Europe is interested in a successful Ukraine,” said Vitali Klitschko.

The Kyiv City Investment Forum was launched by the Kyiv City State Administration in 2012. Due to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, in 2022 and 2023 the forum was held in Brussels at the invitation of Mayor Philippe Close.
