The Land Bank is offering 60 plots in various regions of Ukraine for growing perennial crops. Specifically, in Dnipropetrovsk, Zakarpattia, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions.

This was announced by Ukraine’s Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Vitaliy Koval.

“Acquire land for perennial plantations and develop your agribusiness with state support. Plots range from 0.14 to 91 hectares — ideal for gardening, berry growing, viticulture, and other perennial crops. The combination of transparent leasing and financing programs creates a foundation for developing high value-added agricultural production. This way, not only are state assets returned to economic circulation, but the economic potential of communities is also strengthened,” emphasized Vitaliy Koval.

Specifically, the offers include:

Dnipropetrovsk region

  • 4 plots ranging from 0.14 to 28 ha
  • Auctions will take place on July 18 and August 1, 2025

Zakarpattia region

  • 39 plots from 0.40 to 26 ha
  • Auctions during July 2025

Mykolaiv region

  • 4 plots from 17 to 91 ha
  • Auctions on July 21 and August 4, 2025

Kyiv, Poltava, Lviv, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Kirovohrad regions also have offers that may interest you. The full list of land plots available for perennial plantations can be found on the Prozorro.Sales system.

For developing your business, you can apply for the Government grant program for viticulture and orchard development:

  • Up to 70% of the project cost is covered by a grant (but not more than 10 million UAH)
  • Entrepreneur’s contribution — at least 30% (own or loan funds)
  • Mandatory condition — creation of jobs (from 5 to 10 permanent and 125–425 seasonal employees, depending on the plantations)

Detailed conditions are available on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
