An unconventional approach in the world of software development
Lohika is an IT software development company specializing in product innovation and engineering services for leading technology companies. It was founded by Ukrainian students of the Stanford University, Volodymyr and Nataliya Ryabokon, in partnership with Longin Yasinsky, Lohika started its adventure in 2001, with the head office in San Mateo, in the heart of Silicon Valley (between San Francisco and Palo Alto).
Today, is a group based in Ukraine with over 1000 software Engineers and 5 development offices all over Ukraine (Odessa, Kyiv, Lviv and Rivne). Lohika was acquired by Altran Group (member of the French group Capgemini), world leader in engineering and R&D services, with a presence in 50 Countries and more than 270.000 employees. With Altran in 2019 the total revenue of Capgemini Group amounted to 17 billion euros.
Lohika offers to its clients great ideas and competence by Ukrainian specialists, who have the possibility to work for a big international group without leaving their country. Its clientes usually range from start-up to high growth companies, which drives a corporate culture of acceleration and innovation. Their sectors are: software & digital, life sciences, industrial & electronics, energy, automotive, aerospace, communication.
Lohika is also a socially-oriented company. Its HR is constantly working on the extension of the benefits package to offer more attractive conditions to its employees, to make them grow professionally and personally.
