The Government of Luxembourg has allocated €10 million to Ukraine’s Energy Support Fund.

This was reported by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

“The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has made another contribution of €10 million to Ukraine’s Energy Support Fund. This is already the country’s third financial contribution to support the restoration of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure,” the statement said.

It is noted that in 2024 Luxembourg transferred €2 million, and in June 2025 an additional €10 million. The funds raised were used, among other things, to restore energy facilities in the Kharkiv region that were damaged as a result of Russian attacks.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, together with the Secretariat of the Energy Community, is working to attract additional resources to finance the needs of energy companies approved this year. In particular, donors have informed of plans to transfer another €350 million to Ukraine’s Energy Support Fund.
