The world's largest container operator MAERSK (Denmark) has denied leaks about a decision to work only with TIS (Yuzhny port), in the future.
According to the CEO of MAERSK Ukraine Roman Koloyanov, the company's services, as before, will be served in two ports: Yuzhny and Chernomorsk.
Last week, the press published untruthful information about changes in Maersk's services in Ukraine, which led to misleading the market and uncertainty for our customers. We want to inform that we serve cargo and provide additional logistics services through the ports of Yuzhny and Chernomorsk.

It is noted that, in particular, the following services will continue to be served at Ukrainian ports:
At Yuzhny Port (TIS Terminal):
- ME3 - Europe / Middle East;
- ECUMED - Europe / Latin America;
- F22 - Ukraine / Georgia feeder.
In the Port of "Chernomorsk" (Fishing port):
- L74 - Black Sea / East Mediterranean.
In 2019, Ukrainian sea ports exceeded the volume of container transhipment by 1 million TEU (the conventional unit of measurement based on the volume of a 6.1 meters intermodal ISO-container), for the first time in the last 10 years, with an increase of more than 18% on 2018 (source: Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority)
